Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their plumbing issues, property access, and requested services. Service appointments are subject to availability and may need to be rescheduled due to emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any estimate provided before work begins is based on the information available at that time. The final price may change if additional problems, materials, labor, or unexpected conditions are discovered during the service.

If additional work is required beyond the original service request, we will communicate the recommended work and associated costs whenever reasonably possible. Additional work may require customer approval before proceeding.

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of service. Customers are responsible for paying all approved service charges, materials, labor, taxes, and other applicable fees.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring plumbing work. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, hidden conditions, or circumstances that prevent the requested work from being completed safely.

We use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for the services provided. Existing plumbing systems, concealed pipes, structural conditions, or previous repairs may affect the outcome, cost, or duration of a service.

Any warranty provided applies only to the specific services or materials covered by the agreed warranty terms. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, pre-existing conditions, or problems unrelated to the completed work.

Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Fees may apply where applicable, and emergency service appointments may have different cancellation or scheduling requirements.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. By continuing to use our services after an update, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms.nditions
